  • What is the check in and check out time?
    Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • I’m not a Stay guest, but may I visit the restaurant?
    Reservation for dinner will be available to the public after spring, 2024.
  • Can we book the entire Guest House privately?
    Yes, the entire Guest House including all 5 suites and restaurant is available from 3:00 p.pm. to 11:00 a.m. under the following conditions. It can be useful for a family with pre-school children, business offsite meetings and incentive tours.

    Price: 1,540,000yen (tax included)
    Capacity: 1 to 15 Adults (May add up to 5 children by co-sleeping)
    Meals: Dinner and Breakfast for adults (additional fee for children)
    Additional facilities: You are free to use our lobby and restaurant for meetings and parties.
  • Are children allowed to stay?
    Basically, we accept only children above the school age (over 6 years old). However, there are a few days per month when babies and pre-school children are welcome. Please refer to our plans. Also, there is no age limitation when booking the entire Guest House.
  • Are pets allowed?
    We are sorry to say pets are not allowed at our facility.
  • Is the bath “onsen” (natural hot spring)?
    Yes, it comes from Owakudani hot spring. However, we also add water and heat since the amount of the hot spring is limited.
  • Is there a Sauna?
    A private sauna and water bath is available in your room. The temperature of the sauna is fixed, but you may warm the bath by adjusting the water temperature.
  • Is there a transportation service?
    Yes. There is a free transportation service for our guests, to Kowakidani Station (Hakone Tozan Railway), Togendai Station (Hakone Ropeway) and Hakone Sengokubara Heliport. Transportation within 15 min. from our Guest House is also available for free.
  • Is Wi-Fi available?
    Yes, you may use our free Wi-Fi anywhere in the facility.
  • Is it a smoking or non-smoking facility?
    Both our Guest House and restaurant are non-smoking facilities (including electronic cigarettes and heat-not-burn tobacco).
  • Is the facility accessible for wheelchair or physically disabled people?
    Sorry to say we are not universally designed. We are 3 stories high without an elevator.
  • Do you have an elevator in the facility?
    Sorry to say we only have stairs. However, we have an entrance on both first and second floor.
  • Do you have a room service?
    Yes, room service menus will be available soon.
  • Do you have Treatment Spa or any kind of massage services?
    We do not have any Spa or massage rooms, however massage treatments in your guest room will be available in the near future.
  • What are the cancellation policies?
    We charge cancellation fee of 30% of the whole fee confirmed at the time of reservation, when the cancellation is made 6 to 7 days prior to arrival, 50% for 2 to 5 days prior, 80% for 1 day prior or on the day of arrival and 100% for not showing.
    Our restaurant has the same policy.
  • Which credit card can I use?
    We accept VISA/DC/JCB/AMEX/Diners Club/NICOS/Master Card.
